The Guardian

Over the past few years, it has been no secret that the art market has been a safe haven that many individuals have turned to in order to safeguard their investments. The contemporary art market as a whole has shown an average return of 14% over the last 25 years, as reported by CNBC News, with many believing the return will continue to increase over the coming years.

With the success of the market and our company, we were selected to feature in The Guardian where they displayed some of our art and the competition we had running at the time.

The article featured one of our best performing artists, Alan Davie, who’s piece Yum Yum recently sold at Sotheby’s. The work was expected to fetch between £15,000 - £25,000, however when the hammer went down bidding closed at an outstanding £47,880, almost double its upper estimate.

As a gallery we are proud to offer a wide variety of Davie’s work to both collectors and investors who are looking to brighten up their space or investment portfolio.
